Meet Andrea Juskaitis, Founder of Sky Blue College and Academic Coaching
Seasoned Educator and Coach
Hi, I’m Andrea — a licensed educator, coach, and global trip leader with 29 years of experience helping high school students discover futures that truly fit them. I began my career in Park City, Utah, teaching Spanish and AP English, and coaching varsity girls’ soccer. Since then, I’ve supported students in public and private schools across Utah, California, and Colorado — always with the same mission: to help young people grow, find their voice, and move confidently toward college and beyond. I bring a coach’s encouragement and a teacher’s precision to every step of the journey.
A Deep Understanding of the College Landscape
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with students and families on every part of the college journey. I ‘ve helped students get into their college of choice, ranging from UC schools, to selective schools such as Stanford, Yale, Harvard, Brown and Dartmouth, to niche schools like Sarah Lawrence, Emerson, and Colorado School of Mines. I’ve also visited dozens of colleges across the country — because I believe knowing the culture of a campus matters just as much as the stats.
Passionate About Adolescents
I genuinely love this age group. Teenagers are bold, honest, funny, idealistic, and deeply capable. My approach is rooted in understanding how adolescents think and grow. I also work closely with neurodivergent students and am driven by a strong commitment to social justice, fairness, and individualized care.
Empathetic Approach: A Parent’s Perspective
As a mom of two children who went through very different college admissions journeys — one through a traditional U.S. high school and one through an international school — I understand firsthand the overwhelm, the questions, and the desire to get it right. My goal is to help make this process less stressful and more meaningful and, yes, enjoyable.
I help students get in — and fit in — because college coaching isn’t just a service. It’s a calling.
If you’re looking for a college coach who brings heart, humor, and decades of experience to the table — welcome!
